For Organizations
Register once. Every channel your customers hear from you on is covered.
After your organization is verified, you register your departments and the official channels each one uses - phone numbers, email addresses, domains, websites, and any AI agents authorized to act on your behalf. From that point, any communication claiming to come from you can be checked against a single source of truth, instead of a different unverified signal per channel.
Example
The Canada Revenue Agency joins Gemisis.
The CRA verifies its organization and registers the phone numbers, email domains, and channels used by its actual departments - tax filing support, benefits and credits, audit and compliance - so a taxpayer receiving a call or letter claiming to be from the CRA can check it before responding.
A private insurer could do the same for its claims and renewals departments. A hospital network could do it for appointment reminders and billing. The registration process is identical - what changes is which departments and channels get listed.
One registry, not five different standards
Right now, proving a communication is genuinely yours works differently on every channel - and on most channels, it doesn't work at all. Email has BIMI. Phone has Truecaller's badge. Neither talks to the other, and neither covers messaging apps, websites, or the AI agents that are starting to call and email on an organization's behalf.
Gemisis is the one place you register your channels, and the one source every receiving app, browser, or device checks - no matter which channel the communication went out on.
Who this matters most for
Any organization that communicates about money, health, legal status, or benefits is a target for impersonation, because that's exactly where a fake message does the most damage - the same underlying risk shows up whether it's a wire confirmation, a claims update, or a benefits notice:
- Banks & fintech - fraud alerts, wire confirmations, mortgage updates
- Insurance - claims adjusters, policy renewals, payment reminders
- Government - tax notices, benefits, immigration and licensing communications
- Healthcare - appointment reminders, lab results, prescription notifications
- Enterprise - customer, employee, and partner communications at scale
For developers
Gemisis is built to be queried directly - an API that any application, browser extension, phone OS, or AI agent runtime can call to check a communication before deciding how to treat it. The goal is for verification to happen automatically inside a product, the same way a certificate or a signature gets checked today, not as an extra step someone has to remember to take.
